Message Panels:
The plug-in has a build-in I/O Message Panel, Sensor Message Panel and Security Message Panel. These panels display warning and error conditions like battery empty, alarm messages from the alarm panel, High/Low alarm or warning messages from environmental sensors.
The displayed message can be send in an SMS Text Message or email.
Synchronize with X10 alarm panel:
The arm/disarm status of this software alarm panel can be transmitted in RF to synchronize an X10 (SC9000) alarm panel.
Options for security sensors:
- button to temporarily disable the sensor (if the sensor is in error or battery empty)
- delayed sensor (to enter or leave the house if the panel is armed)

Before you restart Homeseer and you have added, deleted or modified a device be
sure that Homeseer is running for at least 5 minutes!
If you restart Homeseer within 5 minutes after Homeseer was started the HS
database will not be saved!
If your receiver has an older firmware version it cannot support the newer
protocols like ATI and AC.
In case of an old receiver set ALL RF protocols to enabled otherwise the
receiver will be disconnected and you will get an error message like this:
RFXCOM (DeActivateReceiver) Error: receiver> #1 didn't respond correctly to the
init cmd.
Or order a receiver firmware upgrade. (only possible if your receiver has
firmware level 9 or up).
If you have a battery sensor configured for a PCR800 delete this one and create

restart Homeseer. This will create a new Alarm Control Panel with the Panic
Button available.
If you have HomeEasy sensors or remotes with Automatic Code you can now
configure (on the Input sensor config tab) if they have to use values or an
On/Off/Dim status. If you select the On/Off/Dim status option you will need to

change On to Closed and Off to Open in all Events where you switched the
curtain.
Location2 is no longer used to store the transmitter number and these field can
be modified to what you like.
The OWL CM119 needs a special receiver version.
The RTS10 / TLX1206 is in fact a universal RF receiver with an Open/Close
contact. This receiver has a build in power supply. The plug-in transmits every
4 minutes the status to the RTS10 to know more sure that an RF signal switches
the RTS10 to the correct state. To control the RTS10 the transmitter needs to
have firmware version 15!
If you have a battery sensor(s) configured for the WTGR800, Remove the battery
sensor(s) of this device and Add the WIND1[xxx]L or TH5[xxx]L battery sensor.
Only one battery sensor needs to be configured for the WIND1 or the TH5 sensor
as they are the same.
If the RTS10 is used for heater control you can do this:
• Create a “set temperature” device,
• Create a value change event on a DIGIMAX set temperature device that copies
the value to the “set temperature” device,
• Set a value change event on a temperature sensor (can be any sensor but of
course also the Digimax temperature) and run a script that compares the
temperature value with the set temperature and switch the RTS10 device On if the
temperature is lower than the value of the “set temperature” device and switch
the RTS10 device Off if the temperature is higher than the value of the “set
temperature” device.
• You are now also able to set the value on “set temperature” device remotely
and control your heating from remote.
Release Version 10.0.0.11 November 18, 2008

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The security Device Code 5 must be free before the Alarm Panel Unlock device
becomes available. If you have currently a security device 5 assign a new device
code to this device.
The X10 DIMMER needs transmitter version 14.
X10 APPLIANCE and X10 DIMMER can be fast controlled by sending an X10 All Units
Off to an output device. All units with the same house code will switch off then
at once.
X10 DIMMER modules with the same house code are switched on at once when an X10
All Lights On is send to an output device.
The APPLIANCE modules (KlikAanKlikUit,DomiaLite,BBSB,NEXA,Proove) with the same
house code are switched off one by one when you send an All Units Off.

access the RFXCOM config pages.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Security sensors
can now use an extended sensor address.
This can be configured on the Security configuration tab.
Important: All Security sensors need to be modified after changing the
selection.
The big advantage of this feature is that the risk on duplicate sensor addresses
is very much lowered by using the extended address.
The Ready Home status indicates that the system is ready to arm-home. If any
sensor that is configured as "used in arm-away only" has an alert status the
Ready Home status is indicated. If a sensor that is used in arm-home has an
alert status the Not Ready status is indicated. If no sensor has an alarm status
then Ready is indicated. Only non-delayed DWS (door/window) sensors are checked
for this status.
