A lot of other Oregon Sensors can be received too but only the packet format of the listed sensors is made available in the documentation delivered with the receiver.
The USB/LAN receiver set contains a master receiver and a connector for an optional slave receiver.
The function of the master is to control the data flow on the communication interface.
